Presently, the Department of Business Policy has twenty-nine faculty members: Four full professors, thirteen associate professors, nine assistant professors, one instructor and two teaching assistants. Apart from specialists in international business, management and strategic planning, faculty members also include economists and lawyers specialising in business law.

Faculty members hold doctoral degrees from leading universities such as Cambridge University, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford University, University of Illinois, University of London, University of Michigan, University of Pennsylvania, University of Western Ontario, Yale University and others. The department strongly emphasizes on research and publications, excellence in teaching as well as experience in consultancy with private business and public organizations.
